With the increasing amount of new laws regarding internet privacy, you will be required to have a privacy policy on any site that collects information (ie contact form) or the company/site owner can be fined or sued. We highly encourage our clients to have these in place and we can provide free standard policies (via WP AutoTerms) or use your own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use statements.
